About the instructor
Rebecca has been a leader of small business development in New York City for over 12 years. Her passion for small business growth has translated to coaching over a thousand entrepreneurs in all stages of development and advising organizations, including private institutions and government agencies, on small business capacity development. She conducts workshops on topics such as capital access, organizational strategy and business plan development.

She is the founder and Senior Consultant for Eos Strategies, an entrepreneurial consulting firm focused on economic empowerment models to address small business growth. Her business also matches smaller MWBE firms with mid-range firms so they can compete in government contracts. Rebecca has received congressional recognition for her work with women-owned firms.
